About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- assist overall project team in scope development
- assist with design and delivery of feasibility mockups
- interface with integrated disciplines to meet internal/external requirements
- provide field installation support
- document mock-up’s and design decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- ability to support mock-up’s and design development for special effects
- ability to assist in production activities and troubleshooting
- basic knowledge of installed Disney theme park attractions
- basic understanding of fabrication principles and processes
- must be able to travel for 1 week – 6 weeks at a time
- industrial design, manufacturing, operations background preferred
- strong communication skills across all mediums
- curiosity and problem-solving attitude
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CAD familiarity
- 1-3 years in Entertainment and/or special effects experience
