About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate complex business questions into structured research and analytical approaches.
- Design and execute research initiatives leveraging behavioral science principles.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Develop and standardize front-end research processes, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Implement and maintain data governance and quality control standards across projects.
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and storytelling outputs to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align insights with business priorities.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and quickly adopt new tools to enhance analytics capabilities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong foundation in research methodology and applied analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms.
- Ability to synthesize insights from large datasets and communicate findings clearly.
- Skilled in process design and standardization for research workflows.
- Strong curiosity and adaptability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled at extracting and using analytical insights to influence data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience conducting complex analysis using multiple data sources.
- Understanding of data systems’ infrastructure and integration points.
- Strong critical thinking skills; ability to ask relevant questions and solve complex problems creatively.
- Networking skills to build consultative relationships and support collaboration.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current on industry trends.
- Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field (preferred).
- Experience with Talent Market Intelligence (preferred).
- Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey systems (preferred).
- Experience with Cognos (preferred).
- Experience facilitating and note-taking qualitative research (preferred).
- Familiarity with advanced statistical methods and workforce analytics (preferred).
- Experience applying behavioral science principles to organizational research (preferred).
- Demonstrated understanding of HR processes (e.g. Talent Acquisition, DE&I, Learning & Development, etc.) (preferred).
