About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate complex business questions into structured research and analytical approaches.
  • Design and execute research initiatives leveraging behavioral science principles.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and standardize front-end research processes, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain data governance and quality control standards across projects.
  • Build dashboards, visualizations, and storytelling outputs to communicate insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align insights with business priorities.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and quickly adopt new tools to enhance analytics capabilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong foundation in research methodology and applied analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms.
  • Ability to synthesize insights from large datasets and communicate findings clearly.
  • Skilled in process design and standardization for research workflows.
  • Strong curiosity and adaptability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skilled at extracting and using analytical insights to influence data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience conducting complex analysis using multiple data sources.
  • Understanding of data systems’ infrastructure and integration points.
  • Strong critical thinking skills; ability to ask relevant questions and solve complex problems creatively.
  • Networking skills to build consultative relationships and support collaboration.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current on industry trends.
  • Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience with Talent Market Intelligence (preferred).
  • Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey systems (preferred).
  • Experience with Cognos (preferred).
  • Experience facilitating and note-taking qualitative research (preferred).
  • Familiarity with advanced statistical methods and workforce analytics (preferred).
  • Experience applying behavioral science principles to organizational research (preferred).
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR processes (e.g. Talent Acquisition, DE&I, Learning & Development, etc.) (preferred).
