About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team in developing consolidated financial forecast communications, including Board meeting presentations and financial analysis for senior leadership
Prepare performance updates for equity owner management teams and key finance stakeholders
Develop robust, data-driven cash flow and dividend projections for ESPN equity owners
Assist in driving finance transformation initiatives, including the integration of the ESPN P&L into a new finance system
Lead and develop a team of professionals, with a focus on career development and a strong, positive team environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
Dynamic leader and effective manager who leads by example
Ability to drive change and challenge assumptions
Strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen
Strong relationship-building skills and a highly professional, client-service orientation
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Flexible, special-projects orientation coupled with strong multi-tasking abilities
High energy level and strong work ethic; self-driven and results-oriented
Demonstrated track record of process improvement and best-practice implementation
MBA or CPA preferred (preferred qualification)
