Analyze business strategies and new business opportunities
Create and present an ad hoc project and analysis to finance leadership
Identify transformational and productivity initiatives within the team’s finance processes
Influence and collaborate on the long-term plan, annual operating plan, and monthly forecasts
Develop presentations for clients and financial leadership
Manage day-to-day finance and operations relationships
Assignment and integration into a specific finance team; collaborate with finance and accounting professionals within Disney Experiences
Participate in immersive events, mentoring, onboarding, and cohort activities; deliver a presentation/ad hoc project to finance leadership
Requirements
A passion for the Disney product
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and partnering ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Current junior (rising senior) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent – graduating in December 2026 or April/May 2027
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship (40 hours per week)
Must be able to provide own housing and reliable transportation for work in the Orlando, Florida area
Requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace
