- Develop annual sales and marketing strategies by region to deliver revenue portfolio goals
- Lead the remote front line Business Development Manager team in defining annual sales plan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top travel agencies

Requirements
- 5+ years of Domestic travel industry experience
- 5+ years of Sales background with proven experience running territory
- Seasoned experience leading salaried and hourly employees
- Broad understanding of marketing principles
- Experience in managing large annual program and expense budgets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership experience with multiple direct reports (5+)
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
