About the role
- Own the Technology Onboarding Program, including reporting and metrics
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in the onboarding Teams channel and shared inbox
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve onboarding FAQs, self-service guides, and other documentation
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business initiatives
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Drive continuous improvement across onboarding, support, and operational programs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management
- Proven track record with Agile project management
- Experience collaborating with product, design, and other stakeholders
- Ability to identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate risks
- Developed essential soft skills, including meeting leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required
- PMP Certification or similar preferred
- Expertise in delivery management tools (Jira, Confluence, Airtable, etc.)
