Product Designer

• Take the lead and deliver projects of large and/or ambiguous scope.
• Play a critical role in helping set goals and direction for the team.
• Solve design problems that few others can, leveraging exceptional product thinking, interaction design, and/or craft – while elevating the work of those around them.
• Frame discussions to elicit desired feedback, while clearly and articulately representing their work in larger presentations and leadership reviews.
• Make the broader design organization better by leading initiatives such as interviewing, mentorship/teaching, process improvements, onboarding, design standards.
• Strengthen culture and identify areas for development within the team, and proactively drive initiatives to make the team’s work stronger.
