Full-stack Engineer

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand ad campaign and policy management data models.
• Design and develop backend APIs for data retrieval, persistence, and AI query processing.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or embedding-based pipelines using OpenAI or similar APIs.
• Conduct experiments to measure and improve accuracy and relevance of AI outputs.
• Visualize analytics and AI recommendations through simple dashboards or reports.
• Document system design, workflows, and experimental findings.
