Product Operations

• Serve as the primary point of contact and first line of defense for inbound CDI requests
• Handle inquiries, develop action plans, and assist with the preparation and dissemination of communications
• Build and foster effective working relationships with CDI team members and cross-functional partners
• Partner with back office functions on key activities related to talent management, finance, communications, and legal and compliance
• Rationalize business inputs including stakeholder requirements, financial constraints, and engineering resources
• Maintain a clear understanding of active and pending requests, projects, timelines, and progress
• Develop, maintain, and execute ownership of assigned projects from concept to completion
• Implement procedures and process improvements to help internal teams run efficiently
