About the role
- Provide end-to-end project management of high-visibility strategic campaigns and events including:
- Global Brand Rollout: Hulu brand expansion and launch into international markets.
- Unified Platform Transition: Global migration to a single "one-app" experience integrating Hulu content fully within Disney+.
- Experiential Marketing: Direction of high-profile activations, such as the DET’s presence at San Diego Comic-Con and Anime Expo.
- Synergy and Integration: Development and integration of the "Hulu Perks" program with the existing Disney+ Perks ecosystem.
- Seasonal Campaigns: Coordination of major promotional initiatives, including Black Friday event, Hulu Animayhem, and others as needed.
- Team Building Events: High level oversight of Creative Summit event production.
- Lead business efficiency and process improvement projects to enhance operational performance including:
- Financial Systems Migration: Rollout of M360 for Hulu.
- Supply Chain and Fulfillment Optimization: Management of the end-to-end process for poster printing and order fulfillment.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Oversee the relationship with DET’s font vendor to ensure efficient and productive access by creative teams.
- Provide organizational and communication support to SVP Marketing Operations, facilitating cross-functional alignment and strategic communication:
- Presentation Development: Create and format strategic presentations for key stakeholders and executive-level audiences.
- Agenda and Meeting Management: Develop and organize meeting agendas to ensure productive and focused discussions.
- Formal Communication: Draft and edit professional communications for internal audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for collaborative projects involving multiple departments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in entertainment marketing, production, or creative operations.
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows.
- Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder creative projects with international scope.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and business teams such as finance and legal.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills for cross-functional and executive audiences.
- Proficiency in Airtable, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Jira.
