About the role
- Create exceptional original artwork packages and title treatment designs for new titles.
- Ideate and concept creative ways to leverage artwork in innovative and unexpected ways.
- Regularly receive and provide creative feedback to guide early concepts and polish final executions.
- Champion artwork design to improve and drive audience engagement.
- Coordinate with program managers to kickoff, progress, and deliver creative projects.
- Communicate creative concepts, aesthetic choices, and visual execution effectively with peers.
- Maintain a solid understanding of product design specifications and guidelines.
- Collaborate and build strong working relationships across The Walt Disney Company.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-years experience designing successful consumer experiences in a fast-paced, product-centric environment.
- Strong knowledge of and passion for typography.
- Exceptional photo compositing and illustration ability.
- Proven track record in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and specs.
- Proficiency in creating and prototyping design using Figma.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
