About the role

  • Create exceptional original artwork packages and title treatment designs for new titles.
  • Ideate and concept creative ways to leverage artwork in innovative and unexpected ways.
  • Regularly receive and provide creative feedback to guide early concepts and polish final executions.
  • Champion artwork design to improve and drive audience engagement.
  • Coordinate with program managers to kickoff, progress, and deliver creative projects.
  • Communicate creative concepts, aesthetic choices, and visual execution effectively with peers.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of product design specifications and guidelines.
  • Collaborate and build strong working relationships across The Walt Disney Company.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-years experience designing successful consumer experiences in a fast-paced, product-centric environment.
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for typography.
  • Exceptional photo compositing and illustration ability.
  • Proven track record in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and specs.
  • Proficiency in creating and prototyping design using Figma.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
