About the role

  • Lead the creation of a digital commerce roadmap that elevates the guest experience, increases conversion, and deepens brand engagement across platforms.
  • Champion the voice of the Disney guest, using data, insights, and storytelling to shape magical and intuitive user experiences.
  • Partner with executives across Marketing, Creative, Technology, Merchandising, and Operations to deliver integrated retail solutions.
  • Drive enhancements across web, app, and emerging commerce channels (including social and marketplace integrations).
  • Ensure Disney Store digital products operate at scale with stability, security, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor, inspire, and grow a talented product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Explore and apply emerging technologies (AI/ML, personalization, new commerce platforms) to stay ahead of retail trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in product management, e-commerce, or digital platforms, with proven success in delivering large-scale, guest-facing digital products.
  • Deep knowledge of digital commerce platforms, mobile/web development, personalization, and service-oriented architecture.
  • Strong track record of using data and consumer insights to inform product strategy and optimize performance.
  • Experience leading within a complex, matrixed global organization, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product vision, set strategy, and drive execution at scale.
  • History of innovation—introducing new digital capabilities that improve both guest experience and business outcomes.
  • Experience building and mentoring diverse product teams, fostering growth and professional development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
