Manages end-to-end account support for assigned accounts; guides customer decision-makers and influencers across a variety of functional areas
Owns key provisions / items (e.g., owns billing relationship section for DTC deals) for assigned smaller accounts
Collaborate closely with distribution partners to support all stages of the distribution lifecycle (e.g. subscriber acquisition, engagement/retention, technical cooperation, joint marketing initiatives, roadmap planning, etc.)
Cultivate relationships in partner organizations to influence decisions
Assists in growing new business opportunities across assigned accounts
Requirements
At least 5 years of sales, partnership, business development or business affairs experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of the platform distribution industry and familiarity with the Disney Media Distribution sales process
Ability to prioritize, identify problems, quickly devise feasible solution options
Ability to conduct research on distribution developments, services and monitor competitive activities, while identifying needs and interests of customers to drive new business
Capable of cultivating relationships with personnel in affiliate organizations to influence content purchasing decisions
Participate in negotiations with assigned accounts and potential new entrants
Collaborate with business units across The Walt Disney Company and coordinate communication among the respective constituencies
