About the role

  • Responsible for creating engaging retail marketing campaigns that generate leads, pipeline, and revenue for the retail sales team.
  • Creates and executes multi-channel campaign strategy for the retail sales team including digital, email, direct mail, events, social, and content.
  • Owns MQL, Marketing Influenced Pipeline, and Marketing Influenced Revenue goals for the retail business unit.
  • Partners with the creative team to bring campaigns to life through design and messaging.
  • Becomes an extension of the retail sales team by attending team meetings, gaining feedback and presenting marketing strategy and ideas on a regular basis.
  • Understands, refines, and educates on the Retail Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Manages the online presence for retail, including turning pertinent parts of the website into a demand gen funnel.
  • Plans, designs, and executes events including webinars and in-person conferences.
  • Acts as field marketing rep for sales including tradeshow and event support as needed.
  • Works with marketing ops to create reports to measure, analyze, and refine campaigns to improve outcomes.
  • Becomes expert on our top customer and prospect accounts and creates tailored campaigns that align to our ABM approach.
  • Becomes expert on the customer lifecycle and which tactics align best at various stages of the funnel.
  • Identifies, manages, and leverages customer testimonials and photos.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience creating marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in marketing to the retail industry is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships and incorporate feedback.
