  • As a Technical Recruiter or Senior Technical Recruiter, you will support our efforts to recruit Research, Data Scientist, and related technical roles
  • You will be a full-cycle recruiting expert who excels at closing and candidate experience while sourcing a rich pipeline of candidates
  • You will be the primary interface for hiring managers as you develop pipelines of rarified talent and guide them through our rigorous process. This role is a means to make a difference: your efforts will help shape the future of our organization.

Requirements

  • At least five years of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment of top technical talent
  • Experience recruiting AI/ML and Data Science talent preferred
  • Excellent client management skills with a history of developing customized, consultative relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Track record of making substantial contributions at the team level, including mentorship, process improvement, and contributions to institutional knowledge and recruiting content
  • Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams
  • Bachelor’s degree (a plus)
  • Authorization to work in the United States
