• Edit long-form content into various lengths and aspect ratios optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube clips, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Edit brand campaign assets as necessary
• Export, quality check, and deliver final video assets
• Clean up and archive projects after completion, ensuring they can be easily opened and accessed in the future
• Maintain and enforce file naming conventions, organization of folders and files, and other post-production best practices
• Utilize brand guidelines and aesthetics to ensure content is consistent across all platforms
• Receive continuous constructive feedback on the videos’ performance and adapt to these learnings
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and competitors, experiment with new features, and always optimize our channels to get the most out of our pages and fans
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed

AI Engineer

• Architect and build the core features for our Al-powered tools, from intelligent back-end logic to user-facing front-end interfaces.
• Design and maintain robust data scraping pipelines that power our applications.
• Drive product development by collaborating closely with the founder to rapidly iterate on new features and product ideas.
• Experiment with and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance performance and create novel features.
• Contribute to the full stack, using modern web technologies to integrate Al models and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Conduct research to push the boundaries of our tools, improving the accuracy and performance of our machine learning systems.
• Hands-on role building, prototyping fast, and working across the full stack to bring innovative Al products to life.

Full-Stack AI Engineer

• Lead In-Depth Client Consultations: Host 45 to 60-minute initial discovery calls via Zoom to assess client needs genuinely, then present tailored Virtual Assistant services or AI solutions that align with their specific business goals.
• Coach Clients Through Onboarding: Seamlessly onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering long-term satisfaction and understanding of their new services.
• Optimize Engagement: Thoughtfully follow up with no-shows and reschedules to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Strategic Insights: Use data analytics to track trends, improve coaching strategies, and refine the sales process for optimized performance.
