Performing precision pruning and complex removals (without cranes) while directing ground operations from the canopy.
Serving as the bridge between management, English-speaking clients, and Spanish-speaking crew members.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift 75+ lbs.
Valid Texas Driver’s License (Class C a plus).
Willingness to obtain EHAP (Electrical Hazards Awareness Program) and First Aid/CPR certification.
Proven capacity to lead, teach, and motivate a team of 3–5+ workers.
Advanced proficiency in climbing (SRT/DdRT) and rigging.
