About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enforcing 100% compliance with ANSI Z133 standards and maintaining a zero-incident "Drop Zone."
  • Performing precision pruning and complex removals (without cranes) while directing ground operations from the canopy.
  • Serving as the bridge between management, English-speaking clients, and Spanish-speaking crew members.
  • Leading the weekly Team Pulse and ensuring every crew member has an active, updated Wheel of Life.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift 75+ lbs.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License (Class C a plus).
  • Willingness to obtain EHAP (Electrical Hazards Awareness Program) and First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Proven capacity to lead, teach, and motivate a team of 3–5+ workers.
  • Advanced proficiency in climbing (SRT/DdRT) and rigging.
