About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enforcing 100% compliance with ANSI Z133 standards and maintaining a zero-incident "Drop Zone."
- Performing precision pruning and complex removals (without cranes) while directing ground operations from the canopy.
- Serving as the bridge between management, English-speaking clients, and Spanish-speaking crew members.
- Leading the weekly Team Pulse and ensuring every crew member has an active, updated Wheel of Life.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift 75+ lbs.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License (Class C a plus).
- Willingness to obtain EHAP (Electrical Hazards Awareness Program) and First Aid/CPR certification.
- Proven capacity to lead, teach, and motivate a team of 3–5+ workers.
- Advanced proficiency in climbing (SRT/DdRT) and rigging.
