About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of innovative people strategies across learning and development, reward, wellbeing and employee engagement

Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant HR leadership experience in a large, complex organisation
- Successful track record delivering strategic people initiatives and organisational improvement
- Expertise in learning and development, reward, employee engagement and wellbeing
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues at every level
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Chartered CIPD status or working towards it
- Commitment to professional excellence
