About the role
- Collaborate, communicate and facilitate coordination of services as established by the healthcare team
- Complete psychosocial assessments of patient/family situations
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed
- Provide supportive counseling to assist patients/families in adjusting to disability and illness
Requirements
- Masters Social Work in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker(LSCSW) - State Board of Behavioral Sciences OR Licensed Masters Social Worker(LMSW) - State Board of Behavioral Sciences State of Kansas Social Work license.
- Experience in a health care setting.
