- Oversee development and implementation of policies for effective delivery of health services
- Achieve business and organization goals and objectives
- Provides clinical supervision and direction
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality outcomes
- Develop and maintain patient care standards through continuous quality improvement
- Assist with budget development and monitoring
- Collaborate with nursing colleagues in ambulatory care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- High School Graduate
- 5 or more years of clinical experience in practice area
- Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Multi-State - State Board of Nursing - in state in which you live OR Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Single State - State Board of Nursing - active with multistate in progress with proof of application
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) or obtained within 14 days of hire
- Nursing Professional Development Certification (NPD-BC) - American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Professional Nursing Certification
