Program Nurse Manager – Care Collaborative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide statewide clinical leadership, support, training, and oversight for a network of over 90 healthcare organizations in over 70 counties.
- Ensure consistent implementation of evidence-based clinical protocols.
- Serve as the primary clinical resource, offering consultation, training, and performance feedback to improve patient outcomes.
- Lead, plan, execute, and evaluate the OB simulation training that advances maternal and neonatal safety.
- Travel to participating health organizations to facilitate training sessions.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with external partners and local leadership teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree Nursing
- Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Single State - State Board of Nursing
- Licensed in State of Kansas
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice
- Ability to travel to participating sites for training purposes and follow-up.
