About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partnering with ambulatory practices to help achieve optimized patient access to services
  • Act as a liaison for all cancer center departments
  • Gather, compile, analyze and present information and reports from multiple systems and departments
  • Identify access barriers and develop recommendations
  • Build within the EPIC environment to enhance the patient experience
  • Perform professional, clinical and/or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department
  • Obtain, compile, and present data and possible solutions for the Cancer Center

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited College or University
  • 3 or more years of healthcare clinic operations with familiarity with EHR scheduling workflows and/or revenue cycle experience
  • Proficiency /Certification in Cadence as recognized through EPIC
  • Advanced English - Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Additional proficiencies through EPIC, EpicCare Ambulatory, Prelude or other certifications relating to the Ambulatory environment is preferred
