About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
- Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
- Manage a small, intentional caseload
- Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance
- Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active BCBA Certification (required)
- Virginia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
