About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Create, develop, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
- Manage a small, intentional caseload
- Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with clinical peers, families, and other care providers
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance
- Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
- Perform planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision with remote flexibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active BCBA Certification (required)
- Virginia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
