About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and implement personalized ABA therapy plans
  • Conduct assessments and track client progress using data-driven decision-making
  • Lead, supervise, coach, and mentor Behavior Technicians / RBTs
  • Partner with families and caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
  • Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support
  • Manage a small, intentional caseload
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance
  • Perform planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision remotely
  • Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
  • Travel quarterly as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active BCBA Certification (required)
  • Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
