About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with clinical peers, families, and other care providers
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
Manage a small, intentional caseload
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance
Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active QBA Certification (required)
Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
