About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
  • Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
  • Manage a small, intentional caseload
  • Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs
  • Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with families and other care providers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance
  • Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active QBA Certification (required)
  • Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
