About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based assessment tools
Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation
Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements
Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services
Work closely with clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services
Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active BCBA and AZ LBA Certification required
2–3 years of experience conducting initial assessments
Demonstrated history of conducting initial assessments
Commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services
Candidates must reside in Arizona only
