About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based assessment tools
  • Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation
  • Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements
  • Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services
  • Work closely with clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active BCBA and AZ LBA Certification required
  • 2–3 years of experience conducting initial assessments
  • Demonstrated history of conducting initial assessments
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services
  • Candidates must reside in Arizona only
