  • - Represent The Treetop in person, at provider offices, community events, and professional meetings
  • - Drive completed intakes: own the relationships that turn provider trust into families starting care
  • - Respond fast to incoming referrals so no family waits
  • - Work hand in hand with our intake and clinical teams for a smooth start to care
  • - Find new outreach angles and untapped networks, including Wilmington's military community
  • - Keep your activity and relationships organized and logged so we can see what's working

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - **ABA experience required.** You've worked in or around ABA, healthcare intake, or provider relations, and you understand how referrals and diagnosis-to-service actually work.
  • - **Existing relationships.** You come with established connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, nonprofits, or referral sources in the Wilmington market, the kind that let you generate referrals from day one.
  • - **A relationship-driven mindset.** You know which relationships matter most, and you spend your time where it converts.
  • - **Location:** Must live within commuting distance of Wilmington and know the local community.
  • - **Mobility:** Reliable vehicle and comfortable with frequent in-market and regional travel (mileage reimbursed).
  • - **Independent and organized:** You run your own territory like it's your business, and you keep it tight.
