About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing day-to-day operations for in-home service delivery
- Overseeing client and staff scheduling to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health
- 3+ years Experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
- Experience supporting or leading teams
- Must be within driving distance of one of our clinics in North Carolina - Wilmington, Fayetteville, Raeford, Southern Pines, Winston Salem, Greensboro, Charlotte
- Self-motivated and collaborative
