About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based assessment tools
- Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation
- Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements
- Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services
- Work closely with our clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services
- Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active BCBA and Utah LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
- 2-3 Years experience conducting Initial Assessments - This role is for a BCBA with a demonstrated history of conducting Initial Assessments
- Passion for Compassionate Care – A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services.
