About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a small, focused caseload to ensure high clinical quality
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Current GA LBA or in process
- Experience in ABA program development and clinical supervision
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact
