Key responsibilities & impact

Ensuring our in-home ABA services run smoothly from referral to service delivery
Coordinating schedules, supporting staff, communicating with families, and keeping operations moving without service interruptions
Coordinating staff assignments, schedules, and visit logistics
Supporting clinical and administrative teams with day-to-day operational tasks
Ensuring families receive timely communication and feel supported throughout the process
Troubleshooting service issues such as cancellations, staffing gaps, or onboarding delays
Partnering with leadership to improve processes and field operations
Tracking service delivery, onboarding tasks, and documentation for compliance
Supporting field trainings, team engagement, and operational planning
Maintaining compliance with internal policies and payer requirements to avoid service disruptions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must live in driving distance to one of our clinics
2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health
3+ years experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
Experience supporting or leading teams
Self-motivated and collaborative
