About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner closely across teams to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities
Create, manage, open, and close job postings across hiring platforms
Review applications and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate fit for roles
Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support recruiting processes to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
Travel to and Participate in recruiting events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed (required)
Minimum 3 years' experience recruiting BCBAs and filling additional ABA roles
Administrative experience with strong organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated while collaborating as part of an in-office team
Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and connecting with people
