About the role
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress in home-based settings
- Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs providing in-home services
- Collaborate closely with families to promote consistency and skill generalization
- Balance direct in-home support with remote clinical work and team collaboration
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
- Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
