About the role
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress
- Provide remote supervision and clinical guidance to Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary professionals
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports
- Stay current with ABA research, ethics, and best practices
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Active Georgia LBA or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with diverse client populations preferred
