About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development of long-term growth strategies by defining go-to-market priorities
  • Collaborate with our Data and Insights team to maintain performance dashboards and track key commercials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of progressive experience within the cruise, travel, hospitality, or related industries
  • 2–3 years of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, transformation, or related strategic functions
  • Impeccable communication with ability to present insights to a very senior audience
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel (pivot tables, financial/commercial modelling, dashboard)
  • MBA or other advanced business degree
