About the role

  • Maximize sales potential with assigned accounts in Latin America (primary focus on Mexico & Brazil)
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners and identify new partner prospects
  • Develop and implement sales, marketing and engagement plans with key accounts using a customized approach (CSP)
  • Provide training opportunities for agents via virtual engagement, trainings, client presentations, product info sessions, and e-commerce strategies
  • Escort familiarization trips for travel advisors as necessary
  • Ensure marketing collateral utilization and prominent placement in key account agencies
  • Manage brochure supply and regional distribution
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and evaluate ROI of trade and consumer shows/events
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce and utilize Salesforce reports
  • Maintain KPIs, Aladdin and Sales Force logging, and CSP usage
  • Seek out and foster group business; maintain contact with originating agent through process and post-group follow-up
  • Manage T&E budget and co-op marketing funds cost-effectively
  • Assist Management and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales and customer service experience
  • 3+ years travel industry experience
  • 3+ years territory sales experience
  • CSP Consultative Sales Process
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (emphasis on PowerPoint), LCD/Data projection, Internet and webinar tools
  • Sales Force CSP (Consultative Sales Process) experience
  • Ability to use Excel spreadsheets to store and manipulate account data
  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Able to travel extensively throughout the territory (more than 65% overnight travel may be required)
  • Able to produce a suitable automobile with required licenses and insurance
