About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs
Maintain positive relationships with Store Management
Conduct apprehensions within established policies and guidelines
Communicate with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives
Identify and resolve internal and external theft
Adhere to established shoplifter guidelines and policies
Provide timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers
Promote a culture of honesty and integrity and maintain confidentiality
Observe, apprehend, and/or deter acts of dishonesty from outside sources
Participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned
Ensure apprehensions are consistent with store theft activity
Complete and distribute paperwork accurately and timely
Maintain appropriate evidence and demonstrate understanding of law enforcement procedures
Professionally participate in legal activities as needed, such as police calls
Coordinate and complete shrink-related activities with Store Management
Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs
Encourage Associate use of shrink reduction resources
Promote safety awareness and support maintenance of a safe environment

Requirements
