About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs
Maintain positive relationships with Store Management
Conduct apprehensions within established policies and guidelines
Communicate with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives
Identify and resolve internal and external theft
Cover 6 stores, with up to a two-hour drive time between locations
Adhere to shoplifter guidelines and policies
Provide timely, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service
Promote honesty, integrity, and confidentiality
Observe, apprehend, and/or deter dishonesty from outside sources
Participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned
Ensure apprehensions are consistent with store theft activity
Complete and distribute paperwork accurately and timely
Maintain evidence and participate professionally in legal activities as needed
Coordinate shrink-related activities with Store Management
Support store shrink-reduction goals and programs
Encourage Associate use of shrink-reduction resources
Promote safety awareness and support a safe environment

Requirements
