Complete daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs
Maintain positive relationships with Store Management
Conduct apprehensions within established policies and guidelines
Communicate with store Associates about damage and shrink initiatives
Identify and resolve internal and external theft
Adhere to shoplifter guidelines and policies
Provide timely, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service
Promote honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and safety awareness
Observe, apprehend, and deter acts of dishonesty
Participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned
Complete and distribute paperwork accurately and promptly
Maintain appropriate evidence and participate professionally in legal activities as needed
Coordinate shrink-related activities with Store Management
Support store shrink-reduction goals and programs
Encourage Associate use of shrink-reduction resources
Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
Support and maintain a safe store environment

Requirements
