Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Corporate domain leaders to understand strategic goals, operating challenges, and transformation imperatives.
Develop and maintain capability maps, maturity models, value streams, and operating model views.
Identify cross-functional dependencies between platforms and enterprise systems.
Translate strategic priorities into informing multi-year transformation roadmaps.
Shape initiative proposals, business cases, and investment recommendations.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture and program leadership to ensure business intent drives technology decisions.
Define transition states connecting strategy to delivery.
Facilitate alignment across HR, Finance, Sustainability, Legal/Compliance, and Site Solutions.
Lead workshops to clarify dependencies and resolve conflicts.
Bridge competing priorities with structured, data-driven facilitation.
Prepare and deliver structured, executive-ready narratives.
Create decision frameworks and recommendations for VP/SVP/C-suite audiences.
Serve as a trusted advisor across people, process, capability, and technology tradeoffs.
Support initiative discovery, prioritization, and portfolio visioning.
Align with teams on KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Translate architecture outcomes into communication tools for stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8-10+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Enterprise Strategy, Corporate Transformation, or Consulting
Experience leading Workday HCM, Finance ERP, or Corporate transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of business architecture concepts
Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and technology requirements
Exceptional communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Experience influencing senior leaders and building consensus
Familiarity with strategic planning techniques and business case development.
