About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Corporate domain leaders to understand strategic goals, operating challenges, and transformation imperatives.
  • Develop and maintain capability maps, maturity models, value streams, and operating model views.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies between platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Translate strategic priorities into informing multi-year transformation roadmaps.
  • Shape initiative proposals, business cases, and investment recommendations.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and program leadership to ensure business intent drives technology decisions.
  • Define transition states connecting strategy to delivery.
  • Facilitate alignment across HR, Finance, Sustainability, Legal/Compliance, and Site Solutions.
  • Lead workshops to clarify dependencies and resolve conflicts.
  • Bridge competing priorities with structured, data-driven facilitation.
  • Prepare and deliver structured, executive-ready narratives.
  • Create decision frameworks and recommendations for VP/SVP/C-suite audiences.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor across people, process, capability, and technology tradeoffs.
  • Support initiative discovery, prioritization, and portfolio visioning.
  • Align with teams on KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate architecture outcomes into communication tools for stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Enterprise Strategy, Corporate Transformation, or Consulting
  • Experience leading Workday HCM, Finance ERP, or Corporate transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of business architecture concepts
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and technology requirements
  • Exceptional communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and building consensus
  • Familiarity with strategic planning techniques and business case development.
