Key responsibilities & impact

Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, customer service, scheduling, and shipping.
Attract and cultivate top talent by providing training and ongoing development for Associates.
Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a positive environment for Associates and customers.
Communicate and implement action plans for projects and store changes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.
