- Maintain store security to minimise shrinkage
- Reduce criminal activity and respond to incidents
- Ensure compliance by completing high-profile activities
- Offer exceptional customer service while enforcing security policies
- Ensure operational physical security systems
- Build relationships with stakeholders and promote policy compliance
- Supported by the Loss Prevention Manager to ensure store safety and security for customers and associates
Requirements
- 3 years prior Loss Prevention, Security experience
- Relevant NSW Security licence (NSW Security Masters License No. 000106477)
- Strong background in security customer service, especially in Retail
- Current Australian driver’s licence with access to a motor vehicle
- Intermediate computer skills
- CCTV system skills
- Ability to work autonomously
