About the role
- Develop the communications strategy through to activation delivery for various stakeholders
- Manage external communications agency for day-to-day workings of the account
- Diligent budget management for annual communications budget
- Innovate and maintain up to date knowledge of communications from wider industry sources
- Lead communications planning for high-profile national moments
- Report and lead metrics led insights for actionable insights and best practices across all communications
Requirements
- Professional experience in either marketing or other relevant experience (Agency or Client side)
- Experience in leading the management of third-party agencies to deliver results
- Experience within a large retail business or matrix organisations
- Solid project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Highly numerate and confident with commercial data, managing budgets and creating/analysing reports
- Experience of working with task management and creative development tools: Microsoft Excel, Sprinklr, Powerpoint, and Copilot
- Must have the legal right to work in the country you are applying to
