- Supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management
- Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
- Wears a body worn camera
- Supports a positive customer shopping experience
- Exercises sound judgment in decision-making
- Adheres to Company policies and maintains Company culture and values
- Maintains a proper and professional stance in the designated area
- Greets customers appropriately
- Observes and reports any suspicious behavior to LP or store management
- Performs a closing safety sweep of the store
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication

- Ability to take initiative and perform well independently
- Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- 0-2 years retail or security experience
