• By wearing a body worn camera
• Supports a positive customer shopping experience in the store
• Maintains a strong store partnership with store teams and loss prevention
• Exercises sound judgment in decision-making to ensure safety
• Adheres to Company policies and maintains Company culture and values
• Maintains a proper and professional stance in the store
• Greet customers appropriately, demonstrate courtesy and respect
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store
• Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management
