About the role

  • Assist the team to clear obstacles, establishing an environment where the team can be effective.
  • Address any team dynamics as well as supporting the team to control outside interruptions and distractions.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager and scrum team in planning and coordinating the deployment into production for large epics/initiatives that span multiple product and shared services teams.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and business partners while leveraging Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence to guide delivery.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years’ experience in an Agile environment and preferably as a Scrum Master with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFe.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions.
  • Some hands-on experience participating in and leading Scrum/SAFe events, such as Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Program Increment (PI) Planning.
  • Tools experience in JIRA, Confluence, Mural & ServiceNow.
  • Experience working closely with Product Owner to understand and align on backlog priorities.
