About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish a working understanding of physical security systems and equipment, focusing on CCTV and the VMS (Video Management System)
Identify vendors or products providing new technologies in the physical security space
Assist in reviewing inquiries escalated through multiple channels
Support the design and review of equipment layouts to ensure they meet TJX standards
Support the design and installation of new and existing technologies through hands-on opportunities
Build relationships with vendors and field partners
Research and test new technologies and provide recommendations to the organization
Assist with implementation of new and existing CCTV strategies
