About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn and become proficient in TJX tools, processes, and systems
- Perform administrative, operational, and project support activities
- Assist with tasks, projects, and deliverables assigned by management
- Attend meetings, document decisions, and track action items
- Support project planning, status tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Facilitate or coordinate team meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
- Gather and document requirements with business partners
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support process documentation
- Liaise between business and technology teams to support solution delivery
- Participate in testing, UAT, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to development, testing, and enhancement of business and technology solutions
- Support Enterprise Risk Data & Systems initiatives and daily data and systems activities
